BOX LABELING GUIDELINES
Clients are not permitted to write on our black boxes or attach any type of semi-permanent or permanent labeling. Adding stickers, duct-tape, ink from markers, etc. will result in the charge of a damage fee for replacement of the box(es).

We recommend using painter's tape to label your rented moving boxes! In fact... we'll even throw in a roll for free with your booking.
​
To avoid the $20/box damage fee, use painter's tape to label the boxes and describe their contents. Remove all painter's tape labels prior to moving box rental pick-up at the end of your move.

WHAT WE DON'T DO
Black Box Moving Co is simple. Premium moving boxes, rented, delivered, picked-up. That's all. We know there's more to moving though, so here's a quick look at the things we don't do... along with some of our recommendations for your moving process! Trust us. We've done this a few times.

... LIFT BOXES
We do not offer any lifting or moving services - but you can check out our list of local partners if you need man-power for your move!
WE DON'T...
... STORE BOXES
We do not provide any storage for packed boxes. Once your boxes are packed, they must be moved to your new home and unpacked before we come pick them up.
WE DON'T...
... PACK BOXES
We do not offer any packing services. Some moving companies come in and pack up everything for you... if you need recommendations for that type of service, please check out our local partners page!
WE DON'T...
... MOVE FURNITURE
We do not move packed boxes, and we also do not move furniture. We recognize it's half the move - couches, beds, dressers, etc. - so check out our moving partners in the area if you need extra help to lift furniture.
WE DON'T...
... OFFER PADDING
We don't include any padding, paper, or moving blankets with your premium moving box rental. We'll throw in a roll of painter's tape to assist with labeling - but anything that goes in the box is up to you.
